Head Golf Professional Brent Meyer instructs players of all skill levels through private lessons, group lessons and is also host to a summer junior lesson program.
Private Lessons
Private lessons with Brent Meyer are $25 for one-half hour and $45 for one hour. Please contact Brent directly at Riverdale Golf Shop to further discuss instruction, schedule a lesson, or arrange a series of lessons to improve your game.
2008 Riverdale Junior Golf Program
This is an invitation to junior golfers of all ages to participate in this year’s junior golf program. For the 2008 season we will again follow a six-week program that will take place on Wednesday mornings. The start date for the program will be June 25th and will end July 30th. Understanding the importance of a junior golf program, Riverdale has teamed up with Titleist to provide each participant with a hat or visor, as well as other Titleist prizes awarded in each of the weekly contests.
The weekly sessions will adhere to the following format:
1 hour lesson on the driving range
15 minute contest on daily activity
There are two time slots available for Sessions 1-5 for each program:
8:30am-9:45am Sessions 1-5
10:00am-11:15am Sessions 1-5
Final Session 6 of each program will consist of the following:
45 minute review lesson or practice session
3, 5, or 9 hole tournament based on age and skill level
Lunch and awards ceremony
Session 6 of each program will begin at 9:00am. Participants should plan on about 3 1/2 hours to allow for the tournament and lunch.
